I’m often quoted as saying, “Actors are experts at being someone else; Leaders are experts at being themselves.” Executive presence, stage presence and the power of non-verbal communication are areas that hold great leaders and great company presentations back. Helping leaders make small yet significant shifts, physically outside and mentally inside, has lead to working with global leaders.

I trained as a dancer at the renowned ‘London School of Contemporary Dance’ performing with Rudolph Nureyev at the Coliseum for Prince Charles and Princess Diana.
I travelled Mexico with a performing circus.
